Delayed Openings and Early Dismissal

 In case of inclement weather, the HLC policy is as follows:

 CLOSED when the Anne Arundel County public schools are closed. When AACPS are closed for multiple days, HLC will make an independent decision. Parents will be notified via MyProcare parent portal.

 OPEN ON TIME when the Anne Arundel County public schools have a delayed opening due to weather.  (EARLY BIRDS will not operate on AACPS delayed opening days. Our doors open at 9:00 am)

 HLC will close at 12:00, no lunch bunch, when the Anne Arundel County public schools have an early dismissal due to weather.

 If the Anne Arundel County public schools close during an HLC sessions, please pick up your child as soon as possible.  Families will be notified of the school status via MyProcare parent portal.
